The price for rentals per room here is $30/hour plus $19/hour for each staff required. One staff per 50 people is required for after-hours rentals. Entire facility can be rented for $79 an hour and requires a $100 damage deposit.

- Meeting room. Rental available – capacity 50

- East lawn for badminton, frisbee, etc.
- Parking for 100 vehicles
