Gym or meeting room are available for $30/hour plus $19/hour for each staff required (not taxed). You can rent this entire facility, including a gym and meeting room for $79/hour. A $100 refundable damage deposit is also required. This facility is probably best suited for large gatherings, and doesn’t offer much for kiddos.
