$40/hour for each room rented plus staff fees if after regular building hours- $19/hour for each staff required (staff only needed if the center is NOT open to the public). $100 Damage Deposit required, refunded if the room and building are returned in the condition it was received, and rental is completed on time.
Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up for their rental. Rental time must include set-up and clean-up time. Renters will be charged for going over the agreed rental time. If alcohol will be served (beer and wine only), an additional $125 non-refundable alcohol permit is required, plus an additional $35/hour for security. All rentals with alcohol must be booked and paid for one month in advance. Renters may not provide their own security.
